Pukerua Bay is a charming coastal village only 30 minutes north of Wellington on SH1. A perfect stopover if you are travelling on a Cook Strait ferry and a peaceful place to stay when visiting Wellington. Our region has a variety of bush walks and nature reserves. Easy access to events in Wellington by train or road. Unwind amongst native bush in our quiet garden. Take a walk on the beach. Ideal for 1-4 people, the guest wing in our spacious home has 2 bedrooms with stunning views of the sea and Kapiti Island. The main bedroom has a balcony and ensuite.The guest lounge has a large deck for summer and an open fire for winter. We also run an art glass studio, which you are welcome to visit. Evening meals on request. Laundry facilities available.
