Use it as a base for trips to local attractions such as Hanmer Springs, Mount Lyford, Kaikoura, and fishing on the Waiau or Hurunui rivers. Pahau Downs is a tranquil working farm set amidst stunning scenery of the Amuri Basin. DIRECTIONS:
In Culverden turn past school till you reach a T-junction; turn right and follow the road till you reach a sign 'Pahau Downs Road', follow unsealed road till you reach the farm. (30 min from Hanmer Springs)
