The perfect place to experience a genuine farmstay and friendly rural hospitality at Annies Cottage. Come and join us on our extensive 440 ha sheep, beef and deer farm. We offer guests a home away from home. Enjoy a guided farm tour, fish in our trout-filled river, or just relax in the total privacy at  Annies Cottage. We provide three comfortable bedrooms and a fully self contained kitchen and laundry facilities. Suitable for individuals or families seeking total privacy and interested in the outdoor life. Two night stay recommended however longer stay options also available. Enrich your stay by including other outdoor activities at our backdoor: hunting and fishing ( guides available), bush and farm walks, garden tours, jet boating and extensive mountain hikes, plus many attractions in the greater sunny Hawkes Bay area. Sleeps up to six people at $150-250 per night. Meals can be provided by prior arrangement. Please bring all provisions with you as we have no shops nearby. Advanced bookings recommended.

DIRECTIONS:
Turn off SH 50 that goes between Napier and Hastings at Omahu (Fernhill in some maps) into Taihape Rd. Travel 35 km to River Rd (Right). Travel 8km on River Rd. Annies Cottage #744/746 white mail box right hand side.
