Ian and Alison have named their B&B, Glenveagh, which is a castle in Donegal, Ireland where Ian’s ancestors came from. Our B&B is well designed for guests, with three upstairs bedrooms and downstairs a separate lounge and an outside courtyard. Glenveagh is off the main road (Memorial Ave.) from the airport to the city. There are four restaurants within walking distance. The central city is 5 minutes by car, alternatively there is a bus stop nearby. Off-street parking. Courtesy car available from bus, train and airport. Alison, ex-librarian, enjoys gardening, reading, bridge. Ian taught in secondary schools, designed and built houses, plays golf, bowls and we like to travel. Attractions: Cathedral Square, Art Centre, Art Gallery, Hagley Park, Botanical Gardens, Gondola, Antarctic Centre, Willowbank Wildlife Reserve. Wireless Internet available.
