You’ll find us just off SH2 and the beach, in the beautiful, peaceful, sheltered Mimiha valley, with farmland, nature and lovely views. Our stylish 2-bedroomed B&B suite is upstairs; private, self-contained and separated from the house by a carport. Beautiful, home-made, home-grown breakfasts are our specialty. Mimiha Cottage is a self-contained 2-bedroomed home with everything provided; pets by arrangement.The garden attracts regular visits from birds including kereru, tuis, quail, fantails and bellbirds, viewable from the shaded outdoor BBQ area. Our large 2-hectare country garden makes this a garden-lover’s paradise, and we’re friendly and hospitable – winners 2010 Spirit of Hospitality award. Use this as a base for trips to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, Rotorua, Whakatane and White Island, all within an hour. Go walking, play petanque, enjoy a luxurious spa. Free WiFi available.
