Come and enjoy old-world charm, elegance and southern hospitality in a privately owned Boutique Hotel in the heart of Invercargill City. Built in 1896, the Hotel is a registered Class 1 New Zealand Historic Places Trust heritage building. We have completed signifi cant refurbishment over the last three years: smoke detection, automatic fi re sprinklers, CCTV, 24 hour PIR access, new bathrooms, broadband, etc. Internally we are now “modern” whilst retaining the building’s atmosphere and character. In the evening come and relax in our Lounge Bar before dining and then enjoy traditional Asian Pacifi c Kiwi fare and a selection of local beers and fi ne New Zealand Wines. In the morning we offer both a continental and a full cooked “English” breakfast.
