Warkworth Country House is situated on the fringe of Warkworth historic township. We have sheep and cows as neighbours with views of the rolling countryside towards the Mahurangi estuary. Bird life is abundant in our 2 acres of garden and bush. Warkworth is the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway. After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a stroll through the groves of kauri and bush at the Warkworth museum and Parry Kauri Park just 500 metres up the road. Drive into Warkworth for coffee or to Matakana for lunch at the wineries and potteries in the area. Beaches, Kawau Island, Scandrett or Tawharanui Regional parks are within easy reach. Let us make your stay enjoyable and refreshing.
DIRECTIONS: Approaching Warkworth from Auckland turn right into McKinney Road signposted Warkworth Museum/Parry Kauri Park, then turn left into Wilson Road. |
