Just 2 km over the hill from Russell is beautiful Tapeka Point, with 2 beaches and spectacular views out to the islands of the Bay. Villa Du Fresne is a Mediterranean-style villa with 2 accommodation options. The Villa has 1 or 2 bedrooms, and is fully self-contained like a home away from home, complete with basic pantry and full breakfast supplies. The Roberton Room is the king/twin suite that has tea/coffee making facilities, fridge etc, and a continental breakfast. There are 2 entrances. Your hosts live in a separate wing so you are ensured of privacy. Happy to help with tours or cruises from Russell, or you can just relax and enjoy the fully glassed terrace overlooking the water. Piano and log fire in Villa lounge There is a BBQ and lots of outdoor furniture, beach umbrella and plenty of towels and linen. Villa for extra 2 persons $50 per person. Not suitable for children under 10 years.
DIRECTIONS:
Travel through Russell Village and up Flagstaff Hill. Turn left down to Tapeka Pt then right into Du Fresne Place. No 23 is last r.o.w drive on right before beach. |
